PRIORITIZATION OF LOANS (§ 15.2-2436)

In approving loans, the Authority shall give preference to loans for projects
that will (i) utilize private industry in the operation and maintenance of such
projects where a material savings in cost can be shown over public operation and
maintenance or (ii) serve two or more local governments to encourage regional
cooperation.
