CODE OF VIRGINIA

UNIFORM FISCAL YEAR FOR ALL LOCALITIES AND SCHOOL DIVISIONS (§ 15.2-2500)

Notwithstanding any contrary provision of a local charter, the fiscal year of
every locality and school division shall begin on the first day of July and end
on the thirtieth day of June.
