DANVILLE TO INCUR INDEBTEDNESS ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHARTER (§ 15.2-2637)

In the City of Danville no money shall be borrowed, no bonds issued and no
indebtedness incurred under this chapter except in accordance with the terms of
its charter.
