CODE OF VIRGINIA

NO PROGRAM ESTABLISHED UNLESS REQUESTED BY LOCAL GOVERNING BODY (§ 15.2-2815)

No pilot program shall be established unless such program has been requested by
a resolution of the governing body of the county or city wherein the program
will be located.
