CODE OF VIRGINIA

WHEN FORM OF GOVERNMENT TO BECOME EFFECTIVE (§ 15.2-302)

A form of government approved by the voters in accordance with § 15.2-301 shall
become effective on January 1 following the election of members of the governing
body under the provisions of § 15.2-303.
