CODE OF VIRGINIA

AUTHORITY TO CONSOLIDATE COUNTIES, CITIES OR TOWNS (§ 15.2-3501)

Any two or more adjoining like units of local government are hereby authorized
to consolidate into a single consolidated like unit of local government.
