CODE OF VIRGINIA

EFFECT ON JURISDICTION OF COURTS (§ 15.2-3546)

Unless and until changed by general law, the jurisdiction and authority of the
circuit courts having jurisdiction within any area covered by the consolidation
agreement shall remain as provided for in general law as if no consolidation had
occurred.
