CODE OF VIRGINIA

PROCEEDING FINAL FOR THREE YEARS (§ 15.2-3811)

If city status is denied a town, or if city status is declined under §
15.2-3810, no subsequent proceeding shall be brought under this chapter for
three years from the date of the final order.
