CODE OF VIRGINIA

FORM OF GOVERNMENT TO BE KNOWN AS COUNTY BOARD FORM; APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER
(§ 15.2-400)

The form of county organization and government provided for in this chapter
shall be known as the county board form. The provisions of this chapter shall
apply only to counties which have adopted the county board form.
