CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) DEPARTMENT OF EXTENSION AND CONTINUING EDUCATION (§
15.2-413)

The department of extension and continuing education shall be established for
the purpose of conducting noncredit educational programs and disseminating
useful and practical information pursuant to the provisions of § 23.1-2608 et
seq.
