CODE OF VIRGINIA

LOCAL GOVERNING BODIES AUTHORIZED TO APPROPRIATE OR LEND FUNDS (§ 15.2-4218)

The governing bodies of the localities within a planning district are authorized
to appropriate or lend funds to the planning district commission.
