CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPEAL FROM ORDER; SUPERSEDEAS (§ 15.2-5218)

Any party aggrieved by such order may apply for an appeal to the Supreme Court
of Virginia and a supersedeas may be granted in the same manner as is now or
hereafter shall be provided by law and the rules of court applicable to civil
cases.
