CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPOINTMENT OF COUNTY ATTORNEY (§ 15.2-529)

The board may appoint a county attorney pursuant to § 15.2-1542, who shall
serve at a salary as fixed by the board and who shall be accountable to the
board.
