CODE OF VIRGINIA

PHYSICIANS AND EMPLOYEES (§ 15.2-5326)

An authority shall have power to provide and maintain continuous resident
physician and intern medical services; to appoint an administrator or
superintendent and necessary assistants, and any and all other employees deemed
necessary or advisable and fix their compensation; and to remove such
appointees.
