CODE OF VIRGINIA

PURCHASES OR LEASES OF HOSPITAL PROJECTS (§ 15.2-5334)

An authority shall have power to take over by purchase, lease or otherwise any
hospital project located within its boundaries undertaken by any government or
by any city.
