CODE OF VIRGINIA

MEMBERSHIP IN MORE THAN ONE AUTHORITY (§ 15.2-5407)

Nothing herein contained shall prohibit any governmental unit from being a
member of more than one authority for the purpose of obtaining an adequate
electric power supply.
