RECORDATION OF CONVEYANCES OF REAL ESTATE TO PARK AUTHORITIES (§ 15.2-5707)

No deed purporting to convey real estate to a park authority shall be recorded
unless accepted by a person authorized to act on behalf of the park authority,
which acceptance shall appear on the face thereof.
