CODE OF VIRGINIA

TWO OR MORE AUTHORITIES MAY JOIN OR COOPERATE IN EXERCISING POWERS (§
15.2-6309)

Any two or more authorities may join or cooperate with one another in the
exercise, either jointly or otherwise, of any or all of the powers granted to
such authorities.
