CODE OF VIRGINIA

SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY (§ 15.2-6322)

No provisions of this chapter nor act of an authority, including the procurement
of insurance or self-insurance, shall be deemed a waiver of any sovereign
immunity to which the authority or its directors, officers, employees, or agents
are otherwise entitled.
