DIRECTORS AND PERSONS EXECUTING BONDS NOT LIABLE THEREON (§ 15.2-7216)

Neither the Board of Directors nor any person executing the bonds shall be
liable personally on the Authority’s bonds by reasons of the issuance
thereof.
