DIVERSION OF CERTAIN WATERS (§ 15.2-739)

With the consent of the property owner, a county may enter private property and,
at the county’s expense, construct or reconstruct a system to divert water
not requiring treatment by the county’s sanitary sewer system into the
county’s storm sewer system.
