CODE OF VIRGINIA

DESIGNATION OF FORM OF GOVERNMENT; APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER (§ 15.2-800)

The form of county organization and government provided for in this chapter
shall be known and designated as the urban county executive form. The provisions
of this chapter shall apply only to the counties which have adopted the urban
county executive form.
