ADMISSION OF EVIDENCE OF JUVENILE’S AGE (§ 16.1-274.1)

In any proceeding in a district court or circuit court where a juvenile is
alleged to have committed a delinquent act, the Commonwealth shall be permitted
to introduce evidence establishing the age of the juvenile at any time prior to
adjudication of the case.
