WHEN JUDICIAL CONSENT IN LIEU OF PARENTAL CONSENT AUTHORIZED (§ 16.1-278.12)

In cases involving judicial consent to the matters set out in subsections C and
D of § 16.1-241, the juvenile court or the circuit court providing consent may
also make any appropriate order to protect the health and welfare of the child.
