AVAILABILITY OF JUDGE (§ 16.1-348)

The chief judge of every juvenile and domestic relations district court shall
establish and require that a judge be available seven days a week, 24 hours a
day, for the purpose of performing the duties established by this article. Such
judge shall have the authority to perform the duties established by this
article.
