THE DUTIES OF THE JUDICIAL COUNCIL (§ 16.1-69.31)

The duties of the Judicial Council with respect to the district court system
shall include those set forth in §§ 16.1-69.6 through 16.1-69.13, and such
other duties as may be assigned to the Council by law.
