WHAT TERM “WARRANT” TO INCLUDE (§ 16.1-85)

Whenever the word “warrant” is used in any section of the Code or
act of assembly relating to civil proceedings, it shall, unless the context or
use indicates a different meaning, be construed to mean “warrant or motion
for judgment.”
