CODE OF VIRGINIA

FILING DATE AND TIME TO BE NOTED ON PAPERS (§ 17.1-129)

Whenever a pleading in any civil action is filed in a circuit court, the clerk
or his designee shall stamp or mark the date and time of filing on the face of
such pleading.
