CODE OF VIRGINIA

OFFICER TO STATE FEES, ETC., ON AFFIDAVIT, DEPOSITION OR REPORT (§ 17.1-270)

A notary or other officer returning affidavits or depositions of witnesses and a
commissioner returning a report shall state at the foot thereof the fees
therefor, to whom charged and, if paid, by whom.
