CODE OF VIRGINIA

CLERK TO DELIVER OPINIONS TO REPORTER (§ 17.1-323)

In those cases which the Reporter is directed to report, copies of the reasons
stated in writing, under Section 6 of Article VI of the Constitution of
Virginia, shall be delivered by the clerk of the Court to the Reporter.
