CODE OF VIRGINIA

REPORTER OF SUPREME COURT (§ 17.1-326)

The reporter of the Supreme Court shall receive an annual salary as fixed by the
Court.Nothing herein contained, however, shall be construed to lessen or
eliminate the authority of the General Assembly to fix and determine such
salary.
