CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPEALS FROM ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS; ABUSE AND NEGLECT; RECORD TO BE SEALED
(§ 17.1-513.1)

In cases appealed to the circuit court involving child abuse and neglect
pursuant to § 63.2-1526, proceedings shall be confidential and the record in
the case shall be sealed. However, the court may, for good cause shown, unseal
the record.
