CODE OF VIRGINIA

SCOPE OF PROCESS (§ 17.1-908)

In any investigation or formal proceeding in any part of the Commonwealth, any
process issued pursuant to the provisions of § 17.1-907 shall be effective
throughout the Commonwealth.
