CODE OF VIRGINIA

SAME; WHERE NO PUNISHMENT OR MAXIMUM PUNISHMENT PRESCRIBED (§ 18.2-12)

A misdemeanor for which no punishment or no maximum punishment is prescribed by
statute shall be punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor.
