CODE OF VIRGINIA

SAME; BY REFERENCE (§ 18.2-13)

Where a statute in this Code prescribes punishment by stating that the offense
is a misdemeanor, or that it is punishable as provided for in § 18.2-12, the
offense shall be deemed to be a Class 1 misdemeanor.
