BONA FIDE REPOSSESSION UNDER LIEN (§ 18.2-148)

The provisions of §§ 18.2-102, 18.2-146 and 18.2-147 shall not apply to a bona
fide repossession of a vehicle, aircraft, boat or vessel by the holder of a lien
on such vehicle, aircraft, boat or vessel, or by the agents or employees of such
lienholder.
