CODE OF VIRGINIA

SEPARATE OFFENSES; PENALTY (§ 18.2-190.5)

For purposes of imposing criminal penalties for violations of §§ 18.2-190.3
and 18.2-190.4, the commission of the prohibited activity regarding each
unlawful electronic communication device shall be deemed a separate offense.
