CODE OF VIRGINIA

SAME; PUNISHMENT FOR VIOLATION OF §§ 18.2-226 THROUGH 18.2-231 (§ 18.2-232)

Any person, firm, association or corporation or any officer, agent or employee
thereof who shall violate any provision of §§ 18.2-226 through 18.2-231, shall
be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor; and a second or any subsequent offense shall
be punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor.
