CODE OF VIRGINIA

PENALTIES TO BE IN ADDITION TO CIVIL OR ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTIONS (§ 18.2-259)

Any penalty imposed for violation of this article or of the Drug Control Act (§
54.1-3400 et seq.) shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any civil or
administrative penalty or sanction authorized by law.
