CODE OF VIRGINIA

USE OF MACHINE GUN FOR AGGRESSIVE PURPOSE (§ 18.2-290)

Unlawful possession or use of a machine gun for an offensive or aggressive
purpose is hereby declared to be a Class 4 felony.
