EXEMPTIONS TO ARTICLE; PARI-MUTUEL WAGERING (§ 18.2-334.4)

Nothing in this article shall be construed to make it illegal to participate in
any race meeting or pari-mutuel wagering conducted in accordance with Chapter 29
(§ 59.1-364 et seq.) of Title 59.1.
