CODE OF VIRGINIA

ACTS OF VIOLENCE BY MOB (§ 18.2-42.1)

Any and every person composing a mob which commits an act of violence as defined
in § 19.2-297.1 shall be guilty of that act of violence and, upon conviction,
shall be punished as provided in the section of this title which makes that act
of violence unlawful.
