DESTRUCTION OF HUMAN BIOLOGICAL EVIDENCE; PENALTY (§ 18.2-471.1)

Any clerk of court or other public official who willfully violates an order
entered pursuant to § 19.2-270.4:1 is guilty of a Class 6 felony.
