CODE OF VIRGINIA PUNISHMENT FOR CERTAIN OFFENSES COMMITTED WITHIN A SECURE JUVENILE FACILITY OR DETENTION HOME (§ 18.2-477.2) It shall be unlawful for a person committed to the Department of Juvenile Justice in any juvenile correctional center or detained in a secure juvenile facility or detention home to commit any of the offenses enumerated in § 53.1-203.
