REPORTING FINDINGS OF ASSAULT AND BATTERY TO MILITARY FAMILY ADVOCACY
REPRESENTATIVES (§ 18.2-57.4)

If any active duty member of the United States Armed Forces is found guilty of a
violation of § 18.2-57.2 or § 18.2-57.3, the court shall report the conviction
to family advocacy representatives of the United States Armed Forces.
