CODE OF VIRGINIA

CAUSING, INCITING, ETC., COMMISSION OF ACT PROSCRIBED BY § 18.2-83 (§ 18.2-84)

Any person fifteen years of age or over, including the parent of any child, who
shall cause, encourage, incite, entice or solicit any person, including a child,
to commit any act proscribed by the provisions of § 18.2-83, shall be guilty of
a Class 5 felony.
