CODE OF VIRGINIA

PROVISION FOR SPECIAL COUNSEL AND OTHER PERSONNEL (§ 19.2-211)

At the request of the special grand jury, the court may designate special
counsel to assist it in its work, and may also provide it with appropriate
specialized personnel for investigative purposes.
