CODE OF VIRGINIA

PROSECUTIONS RESULTING FROM REPORT (§ 19.2-214)

Any bill of indictment for alleged criminal offenses, which may follow as a
result of the report of the special grand jury, shall be prepared by the
attorney for the Commonwealth for presentation to a regular grand jury.
