DISCHARGE OF GRAND JURY (§ 19.2-215.11)

At any time during the original or extended term of a multi-jurisdiction grand
jury, the presiding judge may discharge the grand jury if, in the opinion of the
presiding judge, the existence of the multi-jurisdiction grand jury is no longer
necessary.
