NOLLE PROSEQUI; DISCRETION OF COURT UPON GOOD CAUSE SHOWN (§ 19.2-265.3)

Nolle prosequi shall be entered only in the discretion of the court, upon motion
of the Commonwealth with good cause therefor shown.
